conditions ( Unsafe act or conditions)

80% of the accidents are resulting from unsafe act or


conditions however 80% of the mistakes that people
make are the results of factors over which management
has control

If the causes of accidents can be found, the appropriate


measures can be taken to prevent them.

If the preventive measures are not taken, the same type of


accident will occur again and again.
