FR4_epoxy
Properties:
FR4_epoxy is the name given to a special kind
of thermoset industrial laminate.
It consists of filament glass cloth with an
epoxy resign binder.
This material was initially introduced in 1950s
having a wonderful weight to tensile strength
ratio.
 Other characteristics are excellent electrical
properties as well as good chemical
resistance.
Another good thing about FR4_epoxy is that
these conditions remain constant under high
temperature and moist or humid conditions.
 This material is widely used in manufacturing
of circuit boards.
Other terms used for FR4_epoxy are G-10 and
PCB which is a copper coated FR4_epoxy
sheet.
