Clinical Case
History
Owner : Norzeb Ali, Sufi morr
Castration of 5 bucks with burdizo
Only one suffer this condition
After 6-7 days of castration, scrotal sac bursts
and inflamed testis descend from it.
Along with testis , some what fascia was also
necrosed
Cont.
One testis was fixed or attached with scrotum
internally due to some inflammatory reaction.

Animal was seemed not to be in much pain.

Solution: Surgical removal of testis and


closure of scrotum.
Material
Lignocain
Cotton bandage
Scalpel blades
Cat gut (1 no.)
Silk (1 no.)
Surgical gloves (8 no.)
Scissors
Pyodine
Tinc. Benzyl co.
Method
Preparation of surgical table and instruments.
Application of lignocain after restraining of
buck
Removal of testis along with necrosed
material.
Resectioning of scrotum and then closure with
silk.
Post-Operative Care
Antibiotic (Penbiotic)
Pyodine application daily
Neem oil as fly repellent
Avoid dusty place
