Introduction
Why are we here?

Provide more affordable and effective healthcare for Dallas residents


Partnering with Childrens Pediatric

In 2012, the national average for children without medical insurance was 8 percent;
in Texas, it was 14%.
Background
The Coca-Cola Foundation is a worldwide philanthropic organization that has
provided over 820 million to help those in need.
The Coca-Cola Matching Gifts Program
Our main goal is to help those in need receive health care, food, and other
necessities.
Problem
The national average for children without health care is 8 percent, but the
average in Texas is 15 percent
Dallas is almost double the national average with Cooke county reaching
almost 24 percent
Dallas is constantly growing which causes a gap between available caregivers
and the ones in need

Budget
Coca Cola has an estimated of $8,500 million of operating income in 2016 and they
provide approximately 1% of their income(which is $85 million in 2016) to charity and
organisations

According to statistics around 6.5% of that 1%(in this case 5.5 million) goes for
healthcare to different organisations per year

We will be carrying out canned food drives and healthcare checkup campaigns for which
we would need the following equipments and labor.
