disturbance for others

In Gurgaon and Noida people desired for 2 balconies, one with master bedroom/living

In south vaastu shastra is given high importance
Everything should be vaastu oriented .Even the gap between one flat to other flat there

cultural phenomena in different societies

In Ahmedabad they prefer store room as they sock grains for entire year
Generally we stock grains for entire year, so its necessary to have a separate storage

But if the property is close to heart of the city then smaller carpet size is acceptable

more in the specified budget (Kol, Int)

Optimum utilization of space that gives them feeling of spacious room and
accommodate more things
The layout should be designed in such a fashion that we get maximum space to work around

Some builders make rectangular room while some builders make room which have 6 walls. So

bathroom or bedroom

creates menace of mosquitoes if not well maintained
