Narration: A: Absolutely!! It just wouldn't be right if we didn't talk

about education. Or am I dead wrong?
G: Not wrong at all. While you can gain experience learning how HR
works, having a strong educational foundation in HR related courses
will give you the tools you need to be successful. Plus, it allows you to
be exposed to potential scenarios you might face in the workplace.
Typically employers do seek candidates that have a Bachelor's
Degree and in some cases a Master's, depending on the position.
Most HR courses teach you about organizational behaviors and
decisions, technologies used in presentations or trainings, wage and
salary administration and even human resources on a global scale.
A: So that means I didn't waste my time getting my degree?
G: Nope, I think it was an excellent decision!
A: Great! So did I. You heard it, stay in school kids!
