Heading
The heading contains your address (not your name) and the date of the letter.
Inside Address
Place the title of the person to writing either on the same line as his or her

Closing
To honor the intendent using formal closing of a letter.

Write in short, concise paragraphs and clear sentences. A courteous, conversational
tone is best.
