It is a term for communication using
body movements or gestures in
addition to sounds. This includes even
subtle movements like winking,
movement of the eyebrows and other
facial expressions

2. Use their arms as protection
3. Hold them close to their body
4. Avoid eye contact

1. Do not touch other’s bags
2. Do not invade into other’s jackets or
pockets
3. Do not step over somebody’s foot.
4. Do not push.
