Practice
One of the most comman strategis used in PE
(Mosston, 1992)
Task will start with a demo and description of what is to
be achieved
Does not necessarily come from teacher
Teachers role
Provide a demo of a skill or task
Offer feedback in a personal and direct manner
Observing and providing corrective feedback to students
Allow for different abilities while practicing the same skill
would be to change the ball or racket being used
Students role
Individually and privately make decisions
Allow the student to individually explore and practice the
skill
Practice skills at their own ability level
