brothers Omar Saeed Juma Al Naboodah & Abdulla Mohammad Juma Al Naboodah. ANCG

(GCC) in UAE, Sri Lanka and East Africa with an annual turnover of around INR 6000 crores.

Being a mammoth of construction field in UAE, they were


included in iconic projects like design & construction of Palm Jumeriah,
Dubai Water Canal Project, Dubai International Airport Refurbishment,
Abu Dhabi Airport Tunnel Project, The I rise tower, Dubai Ring road
projects etc. Currently they are involved in Expo 2020, where they are
working on Districts tower in Abu Dhabi in joint venture with Emaar

GENERAL DETAILS:
Ramky Group entered into construction field in 1994 with its head office located in
Hyderabad, Telanagana. From the time of inception, Ramky has progressed at a consistent pace to

budget and Quality, which attracts the customers interest to its projects.

As strengths it also has its own weaknesses, The group doesnt have global name as most of its
projects are in India.
It keeps most of its employees to one particular project, by which they wont get exposed to
other technologies used in other projects of the group.
OPPORTUNITIES:
Every year the group provides opportunities for many freshers and also experienced based on their
requirement.

them.

Based on Government regulations some projects may delay due to lack of money or material.
OPERATIONAL STRATEGY:
Ramky prefer having a separate PMC for a project, mainly for
maintenance of Quality. Ramky operates its projects in timely manner. They conduct weekly
meetings to discuss the progress of their projects which helps to have to clear idea what step to
take next.

Ramkys projects are more of residential. Some of the main projects completed are
