Meaning

The activities performed by various people working in a


business organization can be achieved efficiently and
effectively only if ,the efforts of various people involved are
properly coordinated.
Definition:

Coordination is the process where by an executive develops an


orderly pattern of group effort among his subordinates and
secures unity of action in the purist of common purpose.
