 Grading Policy
• Exam 1- 1/4 of lecture grade (25%) 100 pts
• Exam 2- 1/4 of lecture grade (25%) 100 pts
• Final - 1/2 of lecture grade (50%) 200 pts

• Exams 1 and 2 - 50 multiple choice questions

• Comprehensive Final - 100 multiple choice
– 50 on new material, 50 on old material
• Point Total = 400 pts
 Exam Info
• You are required to provide your own
Scantron form 882-ES and a #2 pencil for each
exam.
• Mark answers firmly on scantron.
• Exams will not be regraded if you take the
exam incorrectly.
• Erase mistakes completely; avoid eraser marks
as much as possible.
 Missed Exams
• Do NOT miss exams!!
• NO make-up exams
• NO make-up exams
• Excused missed exams will be substituted for
with final exam grade (comprehensive)
– Excused absences must be submitted within 48hrs
of the exam date
– Unexcused absences will be zero for missed exam
 Example
• Exam 1 96/100 pts
• Exam 2 excused absence
• Final 140/200 = 70%

• Exam 2 Score = 70% = 70/100 pts

• 96 + 70 + 140 = 306/400 = 77%
