Formulate guidelines and procedures for accreditation
Appoint Evaluation Teams to accredit engineering programs
Receive and review evaluation reports by the Evaluation Teams
Decide on whether accreditation should be granted
Receive and respond to complaints and appeals regarding the
accreditation process
Represent IES in mutual recognition agreements on academic
qualifications and professional membership with other countries
Report periodically to Council on its work

with respect to your programme curriculum

ASME (American Society for Mechanical Engineers), the program


curriculum must require students to apply principles of engineering,
basic science, and mathematics (including multivariate calculus and
differential equations); to model, analyze, design, and realize physical
systems, components or processes; and prepare students to work
professionally in both thermal and mechanical systems areas.
