Introduction

■ Dr Meredith Belbin has risen the famous Belbin team role theory that a rational
structure of the team should be composed by the nine kinds of roles.
■ Belbin team role theory is that an efficient team work depends on tacit
cooperation. Team members must be aware of the roles others play, learn how to make
up for each other, and take advantage.
■ Successful teamwork can increase productivity, boost morale, and inspire innovation.
