Controlling documents
Organization shall ensure QMS docs are controlled to ensure:
• Availability and suitability for use, where and when required.
• Adequately protected (e.g: from loss of confidentiality, improper
use or loss of integrity)

As applicable, organization shall ensure QMS docs are
controlled by ensuring proper:
• Distribution, access, retrieval and use
• Storage and preservation including preservation from
deterioration
