The clutch is a device used


to connect two axes inside
a car's device is the driving
shaft and power transfer
shaft or from the engine
spin to the transmission.

CLUTCH SYSTEM :

 Flywheel
 Clutch disc

 Pressure plate

 Diaphragma spring

 Clutch cover

 Release bearing

 Release fork
FUNCTION OF THE PARTS SECTION OF THE MANUAL
CLUTCH SYSTEM :

1. FLY WHEEL
The fly wheel serves as a plate associated
with the clutch of the clutch.
2. CLUTCH DISC
The disc clutch serves as
connecting the rotation from
the engine to the
transmission.
3.PRESSURE PLATE

The pressure plate


serves as a friction
field on the clutch
cover to squeeze disc
clutch with fly wheel.
4.DIAPHRAGM SPRING

The spring diaphragm


works by pressing and
pulling the pressure
plate on the clutch
cover.
5. CLUTCH COVER

The clutch cover


serves as the
main place on
manual clutch
system.
6.RELEASE BEARING
The release
bearing serves to
press the spring
pressure on the
clutch cover
when the pedal
is pressed.
7. RELEASE FORK

The release fork


serves to suppress
the release bearing to
free the connection
between the engine
and transmission.
