What is Cloud?

 Cloud storage is a model of data storage in which the

digital data is stored in logical pools, the physical
storage spans multiple servers (and often locations),
and the physical environment is typically owned and
managed by a hosting company.
Cloud computing

 Cloud computing is a type of computing that mainly

depends on resource sharing instead of handling
applications by local servers or individual devices.
 Cloud computing can serve a diverse range of
functions over the Internet like storage and virtual
servers.
 By taking advantage of resource sharing, cloud
computing is able to achieve consistency and
economies of scale.
