network issues or PDCP discard at eNB/UE
RTP Packet Discard Rate % Packets discarded by de-jitter buffer due to delayed arrival in
excess of de-jitter buffer queue depth
De-jitter Buffer Packet % Occurrences when the vocoder had no frames to play out
Underflow compared to the total frames received
De-jitter Buffer ms Delay encountered as a result of buffering in the de-jitter buffer
Dequeuing Delay
Average RTP Inter- ms Difference in packet time spacing at the receiver compared to the
