Call Drop improvement for LTE

  Issue

 PS call drop rate for the LTE is increasing and in the incremented trend. Below graph shows the trend:

Below is the analysis for the Call drop increase :
CA Traffic on 2100 band started picking by the launch of Galaxy S6 edge + & Note 5,
This has increased the GAP measurements of all Bands and increased the possibility of drops
For reason No 2 we have BasedSriGapOptSwitch-1&DrxBasedSriGapOptSwitch-1 parameters which will solve this issue

If this switch is on, not all SRIs fall into measurement gaps.
Therefore, uplink signaling and data can be scheduled in a timely manner,
and the probability of service drops decreases.
If this switch is off, there is a possibility that all SRIs fall into measurement gaps.
As a result, uplink signaling and data cannot be scheduled, and service drops occur.

It is used to resolve the conflict between SRI with interfreq MR Gap.

After script executed, the L.E-RAB abnormRel decreased a lot , and other KPI
don’t have large change.
