Evaluation and analysis of Professional and Personal Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities
and Threats (SWOT) Strengths- Leadership and management skills. I have been employed as a leader and manager for over thirty years. I have incorporated various roles as well as adding new skills such as teaching, writing and illustrating Strengths Weaknesses books as I transitioned through education and through my career.
Weaknesses- lack of self confidence and recognition of the
SWOT valuable skills which I have acquired in my professional and educational background. Lack of classroom instruction experience. Threats Opportunities
Opportunities-an extensive network of talented leaders and co-workers who
recognize my skills and are willing to support me in my career goals. Accepting all opportunities to strengthen my skill set and to become a stronger leader.
Threats-leadership turnover subject to change upon elections which can ultimately
eliminate my role within the organization depending on decisions of new leader body. Constant changes in the educational structure makes it difficult to foresee a clear vision as an adjunct instructor.
