Advocating for the residents rights with the understanding of social, economic, and
financial justice.

The social worker and I always make sure that the policies at the facility are kept in-
tact when it comes to residents. Making sure that they are being met and that no one
is abusing a resident.

We advocate to the activity director to hold different programs for our residents that
would be beneficial.
3.2
Helping to advance the social, economic, and environmental justice of the resident.

Holding 72 hour meetings with new residents:

Helping with insurance and medicaid

Assuring family members that the resident is safe

Opportunity for the resident to feel at home
