hand block printing
 Hand-block printing is an inseparable
part of cultural heritage of the place

Bhopal haat, the handicraft-
handloom place in Bhopal, normally

 Anokhi represents itself through the paisley motif
which has evolved from the mango. Also many of their
block prints have been derived from the central tree of
life.

OUR VISIT TO CLUSTER
 Introducing the concept of engineered prints to
the artisans so as to consume fabric in the most
economical, eco-friendly, optimum and
resourceful manner.
 Employment of various surface techniques such
as stencilling and embroidering to increase the
value of the final product.
 Placement of various motifs.
