COUPLING REWORK

1. Dismantling ENIGNE & COMPRESSOR

NUT loosen

• On the left side of the picture, dismantle COMPRESSOR (PDS780) from ENGINE

2 Dismantling HUB, COUPLING & CENTERFLEX

FLANGE • On the left side of the picture,

Dismantle Hub , Coupling, Centerflex, and Cover from
Engine Flywheel.

• Dismantle Flange from Engine Flywheel.

① On the top of the picture, prepare the COMPRESSOR of casting type (PDS780).

② Assemble Coupling assembled Centerflex insert and Shaft of Compressor

( S2224676 (M18xL50), 4EA – torque value 31Kgf.m)

③ After assembling Coupling , assemble the Cover (Appling loctite )

( S2212063(M10xL25) , S5300093(DISK LOCK W/S) Each 4EA )

• Assemble Centerflex and Element to Engine

• Assemble M18 socket head bolt

• Assemble direction of ELEMENT to one assembly

(one assembly: Compressor + Centerflex)

4 ASSEMBLE AIR COMPRESSOR TO ENGINE

• On the left side of the picture, assemble Compressor to Engine

• M10 Socket head bolt, Spring washer , and Nut

(Required torque 4.7 Kgf.m)
(Appling loctite)

BOLT : S2512256 (M10xL30)

NUT : S4012643 (M10)
S/W : S5100603 (M10)

M10 NUT tight
