This study aimed to determine the
demographic profile such as age and
gender. This study also aimed to
identify the family business that the
respondents have, and to relate the

decisions of the respondents in
terms of interest, parent’s
influence, employment of the
future, knowledge and experience.
Theoretical Framework
According to Holland(1994), A career
decisions was the strengthen your
career or a career well-being a career or
major that can fits your personality
and/or a success job. In choosing a career
or education program that can fits your
