1. Select and use appropriate methods for evaluation of outcomes.

2. Apply knowledge of human behavior and the social environment, person-in-
environment, and other multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks in the evaluation
of outcomes.
3. Critically analyze, monitor, and evaluate intervention and program processes
and outcomes.
4. Apply evaluation findings to improve practice effectiveness at the micro, mezzo,
and macro levels.
Behaviors Implemented

9.1 Student plans on sitting in on groups and evaluate and look at how the
students grades have improved from the beginning of the semester til the end.

9.2 Student will analyze students background, and the situations they may be
going through, in order to understand why they may be suffering academically.

9.3 Analyze the different activities that are done within groups, and look to see
which activity has impacted the student effectively.

9.4 Speak with supervisor and other staff at the agency to see how we can
improve STAR for next semester.
