Assistant
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Communicates and works directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

 Assist the CEO on the daily tasks which include planning and scheduling meetings, appointments and take notes or
dictation from CEO at meetings. Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.

 Researches, prioritizes, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO

 Create reports, papers, and presentations. Conducts research and analysis, develops content to enhance material,
provide information, and assist in decision-making.

 Compose email and letters on behalf of the CEO and conduct follow up calls/email for important matter

 Provide support and assistance in delivering into effect the business model measures of the whole organization

 Develops strategic initiatives and effort through the insights and perspective of the CEO which includes short and long
term business strategies

 Serves as external gatekeeper for CEO by assessing, prioritizing, and delegating inquiries and incoming information.

 Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an active calendar of appointments,
arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.

 Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments; support and give assistance
to the Head of every department that contributes in the special projects for the CEO and the company itself.

 Works with the HOD for their weekly scorecards and submit to CEO for weekly monitoring and collect HOD Monthly
KPIs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Coordinate with the HOD of Events, Marketing and PR for their calendar that needs LKH Presence

 Attend meetings and conference on behalf of the CEO when needed

 Chase every department for the tasks instructed by the CEO that needs to be accomplished in the given
deadline

 Update Facebok Page of RLSG, RBG and etc. and use Aweber for email blasting . Maintain and update LKH
Linked in account and revamped RLSG blog account

 Other Ad-hoc tasks advised by the CEO
