    • Chest pain 3 h  Suddenly collapse and unconsciousness

    • GC : Severely ill
    • Unconciousness
    • BP : -, HR : 180 :, RR : Gasping, SaO2 : -
    • Pulse (-)
    CASE 3
    • Male 45 yo
    • Palpitation and dyspneu for about 1,5 h
    • History of ACS 1 yr ago not revascularization

    • GC : Moderately ill
    • Composmentis
    • BP : 90/60 mmHg, HR 180 bpm, RR 30 x/mnt
    • Rales 1/3 lung field
    CASE 4
    • Male 40 yo
    • STEMI Inferior onset 4 h post fibrinolysis
    • Dizziness

    • GC : Moderately ill, still chest pain


    • BP : 130/70, HR : 35 bpm, RR : 18 x/mnt

    • Male 60 yo
    • Suddent collapse in ED while he was taken anamnesa, Complaint
    diaphoresis and indigestion  1 h
    • History of cardiac disease denied
    • DM

    • Unconciousness

    • Syncope 1 minute
