Frozen Desserts is a general name for
desserts made from freezing liquids, semi-solids
and even solids. There are many kinds of frozen
desserts and one of them is ice cream.
Ice cream is a frozen dessert usually made
from dairy products like milk and cream, and is
often combined with fruits and other ingredients
or flavorings.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS:

INGREDIENTS:
 1 large banana (lakatan)
 ½ c. nestle cream

 ½ c. condensed milk

 1/3 c. white sugar

 1 T. flour

 ¾ t. vanilla

 pinch of salt

 peanuts (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1) In a saucepan, heat milk. Eventually bring into a boil.
2) In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar together. Gradually add
flour then the salt.
3) Add this to boiling milk. Turn heat down.
4) Remove from heat and pour your custard into bowl.
5) In another bowl, mash the banana until creamy, and
then add this to the custard and mix. Set aside to cool
for few minutes. After cooled, stir in the vanilla and
cream. Place the custard into a container and freeze.
