For 3-5 hours at 60 to 80°C.
All moisture has to evaporate.
Summary Steps
• Collect and prepare materials
• Mix hemp with water, decant and add coffee grounds
• Put mixture in bag (plastic or cloth)
• Sterilize in autoclave (20’ @121°C) or pasteurize (40’ @100°C), with glass jars
for spawn
• Light bunsen burner and sterilize table + all equipement; place near flame
• Remove jars and bags from autoclave, sterilize surface and place near flame
• Fill spawn jars with mycelium from big bag
• Empty bag in surface sterilized mixing bowl
• Add spawn, break in small seed-sized chunks and mix well
• Fill surface sterilized mold and cover. Sterilze plastic wrap as well!
• Let grow for 10 to 15 days in darkness at 25-30°C
• Remove object from mold
• Let grow for 5 more days in closed plastic box or bag
• Once full grown, dry in oven at 60-80°C for 3 to 5 hours.
