    Doing simulation for wind energy of Indonesia depend in actual wind data using
    Wind Sim.
    Step :
    1. Get some location of Indonesia which has great wind energy potential
    depend wind speed and direction (Literature Study)
    2. Get The data of wind speed and direction
    3. Create Terrain of the potential location of wind energy
    4. Simulate with Wind Sim
