1. One day transaction in eSevai : 878

2. Refreshment Training regarding eSevai given for all
operators and officials.
3. VLE inspection started and in process.
4. Regular monitoring – officials and operators – regarding
eSevai.
5. Every Monday, e – Governance meeting is conducted by
DRO/PA(G) to review the over 7 days certificate
pendency in our district.
6. Periodically Submitting pending/progress reports to
DRO and PA(G).
7. Return/Reject percentage is separately monitor and
issue is sorted out through regular meetings with revenue
officials and operators.
8. Monitor IT infrastructure in CM function.
9.Preparing district level press news regarding
eGovernance if any.
10. Escalating problems related to e-Wallet recharge
11. During inspection problems in CSC’s to be identify
and sort out through their department Heads.
