The objective of this study is to harness the power of

new technologies, such as mobile and web technologies, to

increase the efficiency of the community in raising flood

awareness and to have prepared the residents of the

barangay about the flooded area in time of flood disaster

incidents take places.

Specific Objective

 To develop a flood advisory system that will help the barangay in term in assessing and

managing the disaster department of the barangay.

 To design an interface of the system in improving their disaster management in term of

flood of barangay San Miguel Pasig City.

 To help the barangay to improve the communication between the resident and

barangay.

 To develop a system that will ease the collection of data about floods

and its affected area and improve the solution based on the analysis

that will be conducted by the system.

 Develop a mobile application that will benefit the resident and the

barangay awareness and preparation in disaster time.

 To test the Develop System based on the following categories given by

the ISO 9126 Standard.
