Definition Of Bullying

bullying is an on going misuse of power in

relationships through repeated verbal, physical and
social behavior that causes physical/phychological
harm. It can involve an individual/group misusing their
power over one or more persons.
 Types Of Bullying
Physical Bullying Verbal Bullying
• Includes hitting, kicking, • Includes name calling,
trapping, pinching, and insults, teasing,
pushing or damaging intimidation, homophobic,
property. or racist remarks or verbal
abuse.
 Social Bullying
• Includes lying and spreading
rumours,playing nasty jokes
to embarrass, and
mimicking unkindly.
Cyber Bullying
• Includes nasty gossip or
rumours, imitating others
online or using their log-in,
deliberately excluding
others online.
 Why People Do Bullying?
