complete the transition of the core administrative
and transactional HR processes. Thus, within 10 years,
ult must try to achieve the goals positively through
the ult ervice Delivery Model (DM) include,
payroll services, employee data and records
management, health and welfare benefits delivery,
contact centre services, accounts payable, training
administration, talent acquisition/recruiting, and HR
applications development and support. The ult
ervice Delivery Model is designed to reduce costs
and improve service to employees through self-
service and streamlined HR processes.

interaction between these two companies
will be more easier. By using the Internet,
ult can easily interact and get in touch
with Prudential. They can also share some
ideas and any problems or inquiries can be
forwarded through emails and social

Twitter. Other than that, both companies
can use video conferencing method from
time to time.

company.
è As an outsourcer, ult must create a good
public relations (PR) with Prudential in order
to maintain a good relationship between
them. ºor instance, ult need to follow up
with Prudential regularly to ensure that they
are satisfy with the service delivered. Other
than that, ult must always be proactive in
idea generation and responsive in crisis. ult
must noted the client satisfaction as their
highest priority.
