SECTION I: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


Mochi is a Japanese sticky rice cake used both in
savory and sweet dishes. Mochi is usually made from rice
cooked and pounded until it becomes a paste that is very
sticky and smooth, then formed into cakes or blocks. Mochi
continuously grew on other neighboring Asian countries like
China, Thailand, Laos and Philippines. They have their own
twist with this amazing sticky rice cake. Mochi is
continuously growing and upgrading by different kind of
innovation.
Here’s MOCHILICIOUS STORE which will bring you
happiness inside and out, our product which is mochi will
definitely surprise you by it’s spectacular inside. You’re
going to be addicted to it because of the addicting flavors.
The product comes with different three flavors, and comes
in a pack.

Karen Punzalan. He is currently
studying as a Grade 12 student in San
Isidro High School. In the future, he
wants to be an Architect.
Gio Sicat

He was born on January 09, 2004 in


Jose B. Lingad Hospital. His parents are
George Sicat and Ma. Hazel Sicat. He
is currently studying as a Grade 12
student in San Isidro High School. In the
future, he wants to be an I.T.
Nerri Palma

He was born on December 28,


2000. Her parents are Ofelia Palma
and Noriel Palma. He is currently
studying as a Grade 12 student in
San Isidro High School. In the future,
he wants to be a successful
Architect.
Mikko Mendoza

He was born on January 18, 2001. His


parents are Lolita Lapuz Mendoza and Ariel
Yumul Mendoza. He is currently studying as
a Grade 12 student in San Isidro High
School. In the future he wants to be a
professional chef.
Mrs. Elsa A. Laquindanum

She graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts major in


Economics in University of the Philippines Extension
Program in San Fernando, Pampanga. She also
graduated Master of Arts in Education major in
Educational Management and currently studying Doctors
of Education major in Educational Management in Don
Honorio Ventura Technological State University. She is now
one of the General Academic Strand (GAS) Teachers in
San Isidro High School (Bacolor).

OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS
One of Bacolor, Pampanga’s Mochilicious
store brings you the spectacular hand-made
products which are very delightful and very
surprising. We sell Mochi influenced with
different flavors like cheese, yema and
chocolate with peanuts which will be
adored by the customers. Founder Jedi-Dija
Punzalan saw that Filipinos enjoy eating
mochi that’s why he wants to sell it to them
with a little bit of innovation.
NAME OF THE BUSINESS
We name our business as
“Mochilicious Store”. The
business name is inspired by
the yumminess of the
product. We offer Mochi in a
very yummy bites size in a
pack.
THE PRODUCT
Ingredients :

Glutinous Rice
Fillings:
Cheese
Flat tops
Yema
Cooking oil
Peanuts
Sesame Seeds
Instruction:

1. Mix glutinous rice as instructed at the


box
2. Form the mixture to small balls, fill
them with the fillings , yema or chocolate
or cheese.
3. Roll them with the sesame seeds and
peanuts.
4. Deep fry them and wait until golden
brown.
