•Care takers residence - 2 family should be at the north west corner of the plot
•Larger covered deck space in front of party hall for workshops (minimum 12 ' wide )
•Permanent structure for Guest house (Week end house )- easier for future expansion
•Vastu in planning is mandory
•More details on services
•Maintence of facade (15' feet high ceiling )
•Over all cost for propsed facility.
