When it comes to achieving peace in the world,
we must, in addition to reducing economic

with dignity, strongly oppose war and the
preparations for war.
We make stronger efforts to build mutual
trust among the nations of the world and to
achieve peace through negotiations.
We have to build trust if we expect to achieve
peace. When trust is developed, fear disappears and
wonderful things can happen.

to work together for the benefit of the whole human race, as
well as for their own political communities.” ( #146)

men to break through the barriers which
divide them, to strengthen the bonds of
mutual love, to learn to understand one another,
and to pardon those who have done them wrong. ”
