 Project Title: Low Cost Digital Stroboscope Designed to Measure

Speed of Motor Optically.
 A paper has been prepared based on this project work.
 Keywords: Frequency, Synchronize, Oscillation, speed.
 An attempt to design and construct a digital stroboscope with
addressing the issues of lower cost and higher accuracy, which will
be compatible with those of the available in the market. The speed in
RPM is also shown in an LCD display and finally describe how it can
be used to measure the rotational speed of a motor or wheel without
connecting it with the shaft.
