 Sulphur Burners
• Addition of adequate quantity of lime is prime importance
and this can be achieve only when there is continuous supply
of so2 gas to juice sulphitor. At the same time to reduce the
sulphur consumption it is necessary to sulphur burner at
different burning capacity as per fluctuation is crushing rate.
From the functioning point of view this can be separate in
four parts.Sulphur Melter

• Secondary Furnace
• Control Panel
 JUICE HEATER
• These juice heaters are in capacities From 60 M2 H.S. to 625
M2 H.S. as per the Capacity of sugar plant & customer
requirement. They are used for heating raw, Sulphur & clear
Juice from 30O to 40OC, 40O to 60OC, 60O to 75OC & 75O to

 SUGAR JUICE CLARIFIER

• A clarifier is used to separate out the solid

suspended in the cane juice.These solids
originate from sand adhering to the cane
stalks as well as from material inherent in the
cone stalk.The separation takes place by
allowing the solid particles to settle out into a
tray.The solids are swept from the tray into a
mud compartment,from which it is pumped
to filters for desweetening and dewatering
 COOL SCRUB

IT CONTAINS ideal range of cooling scrub that are efficient and long
lasting. The cooling scrub are manufactured from qualitative raw material.
These operate on the latest technology and allow the mixing of water and air
at the bottom of infill that provides maximum evaporation & heat transfer in
the infill. Easy to install and operate, the cooling towers emit less noise and

 CHAIN CONVEYOR
• A chain conveyor is a type of conveyor system for moving
material through production lines.It uses a powered
continuous chain arrangement,carrying a series of single
pendants.The chain arrangement is driven by a motor and
the material suspended on the pendants are conveyed.Chain
conveyors are primarily used to transport heavy unit
loads,e.g. pallets,grid boxes and industrial containers.These
conveyors can be single or double chain strand in
configuration.The load is positioned on the chains,the
friction pulls.Chain conveyors are generally easy to install and
have very minimum maintenance for users.
