I. Welcome to the Aircraft!
Training
• exchange experiences, acquire skills and
develop knowledge in our organization
• IFMSA: develop future leaders for global health
TNT: Training New Trainers
• comprise at least 24 working hours, not
exceeding more than 10 hours per day

• TNT : Participants of a TNT must have attended

before at least one IFMSA training
TNT Graduation
• Memenuhi persyaratan administratif
• Mengikuti minimal 75% dari total waktu training
• Mengikuti seluruh syarat 3 presentasi yang tertera di
agenda
• Memberikan training 1 kali setelah acara TNT
berlangsung
• Sertifikat baru diberikan setelah seluruh syarat di
atas terpenuhi
TNT Graduation
• TNT participant graduates as soon as he delivers
his/her 1st training session.
• This should happen within 6 months after the TNT
has taken place.
What you can do as a Trainer?
• Give out trainings locally or nationally (or
internationally)!
• Attend TOT
• By conducting a TNT/TOT, every trainer automatically
receives his/her TOT certification even if he/she
hasn’t attended a TOT workshop before
Trainer Levelling System
• Novice
Memberikan minimal 2 kali training di local atau
regional dan memenuhi CQCT
• Advance
Memberikan minimal 1 kali training di nasional
dan memenuhi CQCT
• Expert
• Lifetime Achievement for Trainer
Frequency of TNT/TOT
• The TSD should maintain a TNT for every Regional
meeting and General Assembly.
• Additional TNTs can be scheduled by
regions/NMOs according to need
• The TSD should maintain a TOT for every General
Assembly
• Additional TOTs can be scheduled regionally based
on NMOs need
