4. Strategy
1. Discuss the current problem and propose solutions with the barangay.
2. Hire able residents to harvest the water lilies including residents who have
experience in weaving.
3. Residents/locals will be trained to weave these plants to handicrafts by experienced
weavers.
4. Salaries will be given based on the output and part of the revenues will be as a form
of future funds for the project.
5. Continuous awareness and training.
6. Data gathered from the barangay will be used to asses a significant reduction of
water lilies.
