• Work as a “middle man” between foster parents and birth parents, for the
best interest of the child
• Attend court meetings to provide documentation on each case
• Becoming familiar with court proceedings in order to understand what is
occurring
• Set up MAPP classes for foster parents to earn training hours and stay
licensed
• Work with the community to find resources for the child or parents if needed
• Social network

• Business attire is not required in court, but is important for

representation of the company
• Must use professional language when addressing those in
the court room
• Maintaining professional journals with dates and times
comes in handy if asked to testify

• Ask for clarification when something is unclear about court

document that gets submitted to the supervisor every
