outcomes.
 Helped check notes to see if clients are meeting their short range goals
in relation to their long range.
9.2 Apply knowledge of human
behavior and the social environment,
person-in-environment, and other
multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks
in the evaluation of outcomes.
 Reference previous paperwork to verify any changes from the clients to
see if they are meeting their goals.
9.3 Critically analyze, monitor, and
evaluate intervention and program
processes and outcomes.
 Help co-workers decide whether the notes that the care takers are
writing are meeting the intervention needs of the clients.
9.4 Apply evaluation findings to
improve practice effectiveness at the
micro, mezzo and macro levels.
 Record goals
 Reflect on past goals to look for changes or improvement
 Change goals to help client achieve different levels of knowledge
retention.
