• 500 ml of condensed milk.

• 500 ml of heavy whipping cream.
• 250ml of whole milk.
• 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
• cookie of your preference
• 250 ml of passion fruit pulp.
 Method

• Step 1
add the gelatine in the bowl of cold water, then heat up without leaving
bail.
 method

• Step 2
in the an electric mixer or an blender, . add whole milk, condensed milk,
the heavy whipping cream, the passion fruit pulp,and three envelopes of
unflavoured gelatine. mix very well for 2 to 3 minuites.

put the mix in a bowl, and after put the mix in the fridge for 2 or hours
