• Usually, when a person talks about the dream, he doens´t
have to thinks much but others find the word very
uncomfortable. The dream is long period of 24 hours during
wich we are unsconscious unnoticied from our enviroment

It causes rest for


our organism
• But when person is deprived of sleep or it is difficultto
sleep this can favor the appearence of chronic diseases.

• For example by not sleeping our brain continue


to secrete neurotransmitters or hormones that
keep alert and affect the mood of the people.
• However when a person needs to stay awake, he uses a drug such coffee. the
coffee also know as methylxanthines act on brain receptors causing the
reléase of numerous neurotransmitters that will produce on affect on our body
• therefore it is very important that all people sleep for at least 5 to 6
hours to replenish energies that help your body to perform well and
thus avoid additions such as coffee or pills that help you stay awake
