The Comprehensive Leadership Program (CLP)

fosters the development of men and women
who lead for the common good. The program
offers a unique scholarly environment that
provides transformational and reflective student
experiences focused on three dimensions:
self-awareness, relationship with others, and
community action for the common good.

In addition to CLP’s academic component, students can participate in a
number of co-curricular activities designed to complement the classroom
leadership experience. These include:
– Annual Leadership Seminar/Workshop (fall)
– Annual Two-Day Leadership Retreat (spring)
– CLP Spring Break Immersion Trip Option
– Study Abroad with the Gonzaga-in-Zambezi Program Option
– Speaker Series (Fishbowls & Leadership Over Lunches)
– Elective Classes
– Junior Year Internship Option
– Senior Year Legacy Project
