 The work of CAZA has been recognized numerous times, obtaining two
consecutive Progressive Architecture awards in 2008 and 2009, a mention in the
Architecture Review 2015 Awards for Emerging Architecture, and has been
selected among the 50 Innovators of the 21st Century, among others. One of his
most recognized projects is 100 Walls Church, 2013, a church located in Cebu, the
oldest urban center in the Philippines, which challenges the conventional design
of sacred spaces with its design.
