Vision statement, or simply
a vision is a public declaration
that schools or other educational
organizations use to describe their high-
level goals for the future—what they
hope to achieve if they successfully fulfill
their organizational purpose or mission.
A Mission statement is a short statement
of an organization’s purpose, identifying the
goal of its operations. It may include a short
statement of such fundamental matters as the
organization's values or philosophies, a
business's main competitive advantages, or a
desired future state—the "vision".
Core values are the fundamental
beliefs of a person or organization.
These guiding principles dictate
behavior and can help people
understand the difference between
right and wrong.
It also help companies to determine if
they are on the right path and fulfilling
their goals by creating an unwavering
guide.
Steps on how to make a Vision statement

• Dream big and focus on success.


• Use the present tense.
• Use clear, concise and jargon-free
language.
• Infuse it with passion and
emotion.
• Have a plan to communicate your
vision statement to your students
if it’s in school.
• Be prepared to commit time and
resources to the vision you
establish.
