Islamic view

• From Abu Hurairah ra., he said:

Prophet Muhammad SAW. take a walk, then I
accompany (him). Then I pray. Then I sit down. Then
the Prophet turned to me. The Prophet. ask: ‘Do you
have a stomachache? ' I replied: 'Yes, O Messenger
of God'. The Prophet. said: ‘Wake up and pray,
because actually there is a medicine in the
prayer’.(H.R. Ibnu Majah).
Health and Position of Prayer

contractions and relaxation with perfect
harmony and balance. This involves various
types of isometric exercises and contractions
• Islam allows flexibility in a prayer position
during illness. Like the Prophet Muhammad
(Peace Be Upon Him) “Pray while standing and
if you can't, pray while sitting and if you
cannot do even that, then pray Lying on your
side." ". (Al-Bukhari 2:20, 218)

increases the flexibility of the hips and hamstrings.
