ABSTRACT
Induction heater is the key equipment used in all forms of
induction heating. It is normally operates at either medium or
radio frequency ranges. Induction heating is the process of
heating an electrically conducting object by electromagnetic
induction, through heat generated in object by eddy current. It
is used to heating magnetic materials and other conducting
metals.It is the faster operation and to provide good efficiency.
OBJECTIVES

It is the best method of providing fast, consistent heat for a

wide variety manufacturing processes. Traditional heating
process, such as flame, Can cause inefficiencies and
bottleneck production. Induction heating can be applied to the
range of heating activities such as tempering, hardening,
brazing, melting, soldering. It is used to improve efficiency,
repeatability and safety of our system processes.
